Check-in / Check-out
- Changing Number of Guests
- If you made your reservation through our official website, you can change the number of guests directly from your booking confirmation page.
If you have any questions, please reply to your confirmation email, and our staff will assist you.
If you made your reservation through another booking site, please make any changes via that site.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact the customer support team of your booking platform.
- Do I Need to Submit Personal Information?
- ■ Guests without a permanent address in Japan
In accordance with the Hotel Business Act and the Private Lodging Business Act, guests are required to fill in their name, address, contact information, nationality, and passport number on the guest registration form and present their passport upon check-in.
■ Guests with a permanent address in Japan
In accordance with the same laws, guests are required to provide their name, address, contact information, and nationality on the registration form, and present an ID card with a photo (e.g., driver’s license) for identity verification.
- Changing Your Reservation Dates
- If you made your reservation through our official website, unfortunately, neither you nor our staff can modify the stay dates.
We kindly ask you to cancel your current booking and make a new reservation with your preferred dates.
If you have any questions, please reply to your confirmation email to contact our team for assistance.
- Additional Charge for Extra Guests
- Rates vary depending on the property.

- What Amenities Are Provided?
- Please refer to the Location & Room Type page for details.
- Is Housekeeping Provided During the Stay?
- Regular cleaning service is not included during your stay.
For long-term stays, additional cleaning can be arranged upon request (an additional fee applies).
- Early Check-in
- If you would like to guarantee an early check-in, it is necessary to make a reservation for the previous night as well.
In this case, an additional night’s charge will apply for early check-in.
However, if there is no reservation on the previous day and cleaning has been completed, early check-in may be available free of charge—please check with us the day before your arrival.
- Late Check-out
- To guarantee a late check-out, it is necessary to make a reservation for the following night as well.
Please book one additional night if you wish to ensure late check-out.
However, if there is no reservation on your check-out day, we may be able to offer a free late check-out, depending on the cleaning schedule.
- Storing Luggage After Check-out
- To guarantee luggage storage after check-out, we will need to block the calendar for the final night of your stay, which requires booking an additional night.
Alternatively, if there is no reservation on your check-out day, and our cleaning team can adjust their schedule, we may store your luggage free of charge.
